Tarua Seafood @ Koh Samui, Thailand

I was in Koh Samui for 4 days to see visit girlfriend Itsaree who was training to become a certified Yoga Teacher. We had our first meal at Tarua Seafood which was located a few hundred metres from her class in Vikasa Resort.

Tarua Seafood

The restaurant specializes in Thai Seafood Dishes and was located on top of a cliff giving diners a beautiful view of the Sea. We kept our order light as she had to go back to class right after.

Yum Woon Sen
Yum Woon Sen
The seafood used in the Yum Woon Sen was very fresh especially thair Prawns and Calamari. The dressing however was a little on the sweet side. I would have preferred it to be a little more sour.

Salt Grilled Seabass

I particularly enjoyed their Stir-Fried Fish Maw. The Fish Maw had a good springy texture and was not too oily.
