Gratinated Onion Soup

I enjoyed the onions soup. The cheese was gooey and the broth was full bodied.

Salad with Chicken Fillet
Salad with Chicken Fillet
This was my main course. The Chicken was quite tender and the Yogurt dressing melded well with the fresh Lettuce, Tomatoes and Endives. I liked how the bean sprouts adds a nice crunch to the salad.

Boiled Beef with Frankfurt Green Sauce and Boiled Potatoes

I really liked the Green Sauce which is usually made from an assortment of herbs, eggs and sour cream. The sauce complemented the tender beef.
